We are excited to announce PLEXIS will be hosting an 6 week onsite fitness class! Sarah Hogan is a personal trainer with Maxime Fitness Club in Ashland and has offered to give a once a week workout for any Plexican who is interested.

- Time: 3:45pm – 4:30pm (about 45 minutes long)

- Class Information: This boot camp class incorporates strength, balance and flexibility while also being low impact on joints.
This boot camp class incorporates strength, balance and flexibility while also being low impact on joints. Expect a wide variety of everything from interval training, to body weight movements to core strengthening exercises. Not only will it challenge your body and mind, but it all takes place in a fun and upbeat atmosphere designed to make you sweat! Boot camp classes are an excellent way to kick up your workouts to the next fat burning level!
